Susannah Paterson
Artist working across Painting • Ceramics
I was born in Scotland and have lived in Australia for 30 years. I am based in Curl Curl, a suburb on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I am predominately a surrealist, exploring relational themes and the invisible worlds with a vivid imagination. I love to make the real surreal! I mostly paint in oils, though occasionally explore other media like inks and watercolours. I am also a practicing potter, and make a wide variety of functional and whimsical pots.
