WA - Perth

Hi, I am Ros,a WA,Perth based artist. I enjoy creating and learning through visual arts, and have been exhibiting and selling my work throughout WA over a 37 year period. I have had a few slow gaps in between during my working fifo years. Some of my pieces shown are signed using my former name. My work and style is varied, employing a range of mediums. These include painting, mix media, and printmaking. My inspiration can be as simple as design, colour, shape and viewpoint. Most often,it is the story. That story can be visual,it can come from words in a conversation, or a real life event, but many times from lyrics in a song. Many of my abstracts are in symbolic forms with bold colourful shapes appearing in my dreams. Art is my friend,my place of solace and quiet times. Thank you for viewing 🌸
