In a past life I was a Primary School teacher with a love of colour, design and all things creative. I taught art one day a week from Kindergarten to Year 6 which culminated every 2 years in Artrageous, an exhibition of student work. It was always spectacular ! Eleven years ago I retired and we moved from the Snowy Mountains of NSW to the beautiful Sunshine Coast of QLD. My retirement wish was to learn Watercolour and so began my artistic journey. I love watercolour and mixed media to take an ordinary artwork into the extraordinary. I love what I do and my goal Is to create art that makes people smile.
