Lynette Mary Skeers
Artist working across Painting • Drawing • Mixed Media • Textiles
Lynette Mary Skeers is a modern romantic artist based in the Fraser Coast region of Queensland, Australia. Working in mixed media and oils, she creates romantic portraits, symbolic figurative works and soulful landscapes exploring feminine strength, light, emotion and the connection between the inner world and nature. Shaped by a lifelong love of dance and creativity, Lynette builds her paintings through layers of collage, texture, acrylic, inks and oils. Her work invites the viewer to pause, feel and discover their own story within each piece.
