Artist working across Mixed Media • Painting
I’m Kelly Batsiokis, a Brisbane-based artist exploring identity, resilience and the quiet power of being seen. I began with vibrant birds, painted through grief and personal hardship, and now create mixed-media portraits layered with florals and texture. With a background in health, science and the not-for-profit sector, I bring care and insight to the body and gesture. A Defence spouse originally from Adelaide, I now work full time as an artist focused on connection and meaning.
